茵栀黄口服液联用妈咪爱干预新生儿黄疸疗效观察

探讨茵栀黄口服液联用妈咪爱干预新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法：将150例足月新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组新生儿均给予早期充足哺乳等常规措施,观察组在此基础上于新生儿出生1d后给予口服茵栀黄口服液及妈咪爱,观察两组患儿在用药后新生儿胆红素峰值,需蓝光治疗的概率。结果：观察组新生儿黄疸峰值明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组新生儿黄疸需蓝光治疗的概率间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：茵栀黄口服液、妈咪爱可以有效降低新生儿黄疸峰值,减少需蓝光治疗患儿的比率,且疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with mommy loves to observe the intervention of neonatal jaundice

To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with mommy loves intervention of neonatal jaundice.Methods： 150 cases of neonatal jaundice, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two neonates were given early enough lactation and conventional measures, on the basis of the observation group in the newborn after 1D treated with oral administration of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and mommy love, the two groups were observed in neonatal bilirubin peak, probability to Blu ray treatment.Results： the group of neonatal jaundice peak was significantly lower than the control group （P〈O.05）, the difference has statistical signifi- cance probability two groups of neonatal jaundice needs between Blu ray treatment （P〈O.01）.Conclusion： Yinzhihuang oral liquid, mommy loves can effectively reduce the neonatal jaundice peak, decrease the ratio of blue light in the treatment of children. It has significant effect, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
