| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨免疫组化法在HBsAg阴性乙型肝炎患者中的应用.方法:应用免疫组化法中的抗生物素-生物素-过氧化物酶法(ABC法),检测19例HBV血清标志物阴性的肝炎患者.结果:19例患者中有2例在肝组织可查到HBsAg.结论:HBV感染中血清标志物阴性的人群不容忽视,免疫组化法可作为有效的检测手段.

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the clinical values of immune histochemical methods in the diagnosis of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection with undetectable HBsAg in serum. Methods: 19 liver centesis specimens of hepatitis patients were made HBsAg detection by avidin biotin-peroxidase complex technique (ABC technique). Results: HBsAg was detected out in two speciemens of 19 detected specimens by ABC technique with a positive rate of 10.5%(2/19). Conclusions: The population with undetectable HBV maker should not be neglected. The immune histochemical methods can be an effective way in the clinical detection and diagnosis. |
