高敏C反应蛋白与冠心病相关性分析

目的观察高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与冠心病的相关性。方法入选住院并行选择性冠状动脉造影检查的患者78例,其中急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者48例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者21例,正常对照组9例。所有入选者均检测外周血清hsCRP水平。将血清hsCRP水平与冠状动脉病变程度进行统计学分析。结果ACS组hsCRP水平显著高于SAP组和对照组,而SAP组和对照组之间差异无显著性。hsCRP水平在单支、双支和多支病变组之间差异无显著性。结论hsCRP可以作为冠心病预后的指标,其水平升高提示斑块不稳定。

Study of the relationship between high sensitive CRP and coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the correlation between hsCRP and coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients underwent coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria.To mesure the levels of hsCRP in 48 patients with ACS,21 patients with SAP,and 10 controls(coronary angiography is normal).Results The levels of hsCRP in ACS patients were much higher than those in the SAP and the controls,while the latter two groups did not differ from each other.The levels of hsCRP were no differences existed in single vessel disease,two vessel disease and multiple vessel disease.Conclusion HsCRP may be markers of evaluate the stability of plaque and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
