| 摘 要： | 男性不育患者中,体内存在抗精子抗体(AsAb)的约占20%~30%。祖国医学历代文献中无相关记载,但近代医家结合现代医学知识,对男性免疫性不育的病因病机、治疗方法都有发挥。就男性免疫性不育的中医病因病机、辨证论治、专方专药运用、中成药治疗、中西医结合治疗及其他疗法近年的发展作一概述。 |

| Abstract: | Anti-sperm antibodies （AsAb） exist in about 20% -30% of male infertility patients, which has no relative records in Chinese medicine ancient literature. However, modern doctors develop the etiology and pathogenesis as well as treatment of male immune infertility combined with modern medical knowledge. This paper briefly overviews the development in recent years of TCM etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, medicine use, proprietary Chinese medicine treatment, treatment in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and other therapies. |
