盘龙刺治疗围绝经期失眠临床观察

摘    要:
目的初步探讨盘龙刺治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法将64名符合诊断的患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例。对照组口服舒乐安定片2 mg,每晚睡前30 min,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用盘龙刺治疗,1次/d,6 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息1 d,共治疗4个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%明显优于对照组75.0%,差异有统计学意义。2组患者治疗后匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分低于治疗前,且治疗组更显著(P<0.01),通过两组间治疗后PSQI总分比较,治疗组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盘龙围绝经期失眠,并可改善围绝经期其他症状。

Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effects of peri-menopausal insomnia with the method of Panlong needling. Meth- ods 64 patients complied with the diagnostic criteria were divided into control group and treatment group according to reg- istration order, 32 cases of each. The control group was given Estazolam Tablets (2 mg, po, half an hour before sleep, 7 days for one course, for four courses) The treatment group was added Panlong needling (1 time a day, 6 days for one course, one day was off between the courses, for 4 courses). Result The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8 %, which was better than the that in control group (75.0%).After the treatment of the two groups,the PSQI overall score in two groups is lower than before, especially the treatment group( P 〈 0.01 ). The treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of the change of PSQI overall score. Conclusion Panlong needling is effective in treating peri-menopausal insomnia and im- proves other syndromes.
