刺灸鼻通穴治疗变应性鼻炎30例

目的 探讨刺灸鼻通穴治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法 将60例变应性鼻炎患者分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组30例,采用刺灸鼻通穴位治疗.对照组30例采用鼻内喷内舒拿治疗,进行两组疗效对比.结果 治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为90%,两组治疗总有效率无显著差异性（P＞0.05）.停止治疗3个月后随访,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为50%.两组治疗总有效率有显著差异性（P＜0.05）.结论 刺灸鼻通穴治疗变应性鼻炎,效果满意,是具有中医特色的诊疗技术.

Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis by Thorn Moxibustion on Nasal Hole for 30 Cases

Objeetive To explore the efficacy of allergic rhinitis by thorn moxibustion on the nose hole. Methods 60 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into treatment group and a control group with 30 eases in each. The treatment group was given thorn moxibustion through nose, and the control group was given Nasonex in nasal spray, the curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the control group, and 90% in the control group, the total effective rate in both groups had no sigrfificant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Follow - up after 3 months, the total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group, the total efficiency of treatmoat in both groups had significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treatment of allergic rhinitis by thorn moxibustion on nasal point were satisfactory, it was a diagnosis and treatment technology with Chinese characteristics.
