三黄三仙汤对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的:观察三黄三仙汤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:实验设三黄三仙汤低、中、高3个剂量(1.28、2.56、5.12 g/kg分别相当于人推荐量的4、8、16倍),另设阴性对照组(蒸馏水),分别观察对ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能、绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)、血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能、NK细胞活性的影响。结果:高、中剂量组可明显提高ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05);高、中剂量组可明显提高绵羊红细胞诱导小鼠DTH功能,与阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);高剂量组能提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体积数值(P<0.05);高剂量组能提高小鼠溶血空斑数(P<0.05);三剂量组均能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,与阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:三黄三仙汤具有增强免疫力功能。

Effects of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction on Immunological Function of Mice

Objective：To observe the effects of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction on the immunological function of mice. Methods ： Mice were randomly divided into four groups ： low, middle and high dose of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction （ 1.28, 2.56,5.12 g/kg） ,and control group. T lymphocyte transformations capacity induced by ConA, delayed type hypersensi- tivity （DTH） induced by SRBC, serum hemolysin, antibody forming - cells, macrophage phagocytic function of chicken red blood cells and NK activity were observed. Results：High and middle dose groups could significantly increase T lym- phocyte transformations capacity induced by ConA（ P 〈0.05 ） ;high and middle dose groups could obviously improve the function of DTH induced by SRBC （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; high - dose group could increase the level of serum hemolysin （ P 〈 0. 05） ;high -dose groups could improve the hemolytic plaque number of mice （P 〈 0.05 ） ;all of the three groups could increase the phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction could significantly improve the immunological function of mice.
