| 摘 要： | 目的 观察越鞠丸结合电针治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效.方法 60例肝气郁结型中风后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30 例.治疗组予以越鞠丸口服和电针治疗,对照组予以百忧解口服.两组患者治疗前后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行评分,评价疗效.结果 治疗组治疗前后HAMD量表评分比较具有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）,疗效肯定,与对照组比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论 越鞠丸结合电针疗法可明显改善中风后的抑郁状态.

| Abstract: | Objective This study was to observe the therapy effect of post - stroke depression by Yueju pill and electroacupuncture. Methods 60 patients with stagnation of liver qi were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 Patients. The treatment group was given Yueju pill and electroacupuncture therapy,and the control group was offered Prozac oral. The HAMD was counted in the two groups before and after one course to estimate the effect of therapy. Results Before and after treatment, HAMD scale score in the treatment group were significantly different（ P〈0. 01）. Two groups have no significant difference（ P 〈0. 01）, so we are sure of the effect in clinic. Treated group and control group have no significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Collusions The treatment of Yueju pill and electroacupuncture therapy has marked improvement in post - stroke depression. |
