氟西汀与米氮平治疗抑郁症的成本-效果分析

目的：研究氟西汀与米氮平治疗抑郁症的经济学效果。方法：抽取140例抑郁症患者病例分为两组,分别服用氟西汀与米氮平,均连续服用6周,对两组的疗效以及治疗花费进行分析。结果：氟西汀与米氮平临床有效率分别为90.0%和87.1%,治疗成本分别为3982.50元和4137.00元。结论：在疗效基本相当的情况下,氟西汀的药物经济学明显优于米氮平。

The cost-effect analysis of Fluoxetine and Mirtazapine for depression

Objective： To compare the efficacy between Mirtazapine and Fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods： A total of 140 patients which were chosen to deliver into two groups received the Fluoxetine and Mirtazapine for 6 weeks. The efficacy and costs of the two groups were analyzed. Results： The efficient rates of Fluoxetine and Mirtazapine in clinic were 90.0% and 87.1% respectively. The costs in the treatment were 3 982.50 yuan and 4 137.00 yuan. Conclusion： Fluoxetine is better than Mirtazapine when the efficacy is in the same level.
