中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

目的：观察中医或中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法：根据患者就诊目的的不同，对无生育要求患者采用中药周期疗法，对有生育要求患者采用达因-35联合中成药及促排卵治疗。结果：中医组与中西医组在改善月经周期、月经量及痤疮等方面均有较好疗效，但中西医组优于中医组，且中西医组在改善性激素水平和妊娠等方面优势明显。结论：针对患者不同就诊目的分别采用中医或中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果良好。

Clinical Observation on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated with Integrated Medicine

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of simple Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： According to the different goals of treatment ,we used the cycle therapy of Chinese medicine for patients without fertility requirement and Diane-35 combined Chinese patent medicine and ovulation induction therapy for those with fertility requirement. Results： Both groups had a good effect on improving menstrual cycle, menstrual volume and ache, better in the integrated group. The latter also had advantages in improving the level of sex hormones and pregnancy. Conclusion： According to the different goals of treatment, Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and western medicine may effectively treat polycystie ovary syndrome.
