3种方法消毒气管内套管的效果比较

目的:调查3种不方法消毒气管内套管,以了解最佳的消毒方法,减少气管切开患者肺部并发症的发生。方法:通过随机抽样调查传统煮沸消毒、2%戊二醛浸泡消毒及高压蒸汽灭菌对气管内套管的3种消毒方法,消毒后分别采样进行细菌培养,比较出3种消毒方法效果的优劣。结果:高压蒸汽灭菌法消毒效果明显优于其他两种消毒法。结论:高压蒸汽灭菌对气管内套管进行高效消毒,可以有效预防气管切开患者局部感染及肺部并发症的发生。
