| 摘 要： | 目的:分析茺蔚子的挥发性成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性成分,用归一化法测定挥发性成分中各组分的相对百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到22个组分。结论:此法稳定可靠,重现性好,是药用植物挥发性成分分析的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the volatile components of the fruits of leonurus.Methods:The volatile components was extracted by Steam distillation,and to determination by normalized method,and identified by GC-MS.Results:There 22 kinds of volatile bomponents was found.Conclusion:The method of GC-MS is very availability method for analyzing volatile components. |
