医学生心理健康状况及其与生活事件关系的调查

[目的]了解延边地区大学医学生心理健康状况分布特点及其与应激性生活事件的关系.[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)对延边大学的1 075名医学生进行健康测试.[结果]延边地区医学生各因子得分均低于全国大学生和医学生常模,其差异均有统计学意义.医学生的心理问题检出率较高的项目依次为强迫症状(26.6%)、人际关系敏感(18.6%)及抑郁(14.6%);调整年龄、性别、家庭年收入及父母双方文化水平等诸多因素后,心理健康状况与生活事件呈显著的正相关性.[结论]延边地区医学生心理健康状况良好,其症状自评量表各因子得分均显著低于全国大学生和医学生常模,且与生活事件呈显著的正相关性.

Relationship between psychological health status and life events among the students in College of Medicine

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between psychological health status and stressful life events in the medical students of Yanbian area. METHODS Health investigation of 1 075 of medical students were performed by the Adolescent self-rating life events check list （ASLEC） and Symptom check list-90 （SCL-90）. RESULTS The factor scores of SCL-90 in the medical students of Yanbian area were lower than that in the national university students and medical students＇ nationwide norm. Among all kinds of mental disorders, obsessive compulsive （26.6%）, interpersonal sensitivity （18.6%）, depression （14.6%） were most common. Adjusted for age, gender, family income, and level of education of both parents and many other factors, there was positive correlation between life event and psychological health status. CONCLUSIONS The psychological health status of medical students in this region are favorable, all factor scores of SCL-90 was lower significantly than that in the national university students and medical students＇ norm. The positive correlation was significant between mental health status and life events.
