| 摘 要： | 目的:了解成都市中心城区医院病床利用效率变动趋势。方法:采用秩和比法对成都市5个中心城区医院2003～2008年病床利用效率指标进行综合评价。结果:2003～2008年成都市中心城区医院平均病床周转次和平均病床使用率明显提高,出院者平均住院日下降,病床利用效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:成都市中心城区医院绩效得到明显提升,较好地满足了人民群众的医疗卫生服务需求。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To learn the changing trend of sickbed utilization of center district hospitals in Chengdu. Methods:The Rank sum ratio (RSR) method was adopted to evaluate the using efficiency indexes of five urban district hospitals in Chengdu from 2003 to 2008. Results:Both the average frequency and the average using rate of the sickbed increased significiently(P<0.05),the mean in-hospital day decreased(P<0.05) ,the using efficiency of the sickbed improved(P<0.05) in 2008 than that of in 2003.
