| 摘 要： | KAI1基因是近年发现的肿瘤转移抑制基因,该基因定位于人染色体11P11.2区,KAI1蛋白属于结构特异性细胞膜糖蛋白家族,为四次跨膜超家族(TM4SF)成员.在多种恶性肿瘤中伴有KAI1基因表达下调.KAI1基因表达下调也参与了妇科肿瘤的发生、发展. |

| Abstract: | KAI1 is a recently identified metastasis suppressor gene located at human chromosome 11 p11.2. KAI1 protein is a member of the structurally distinct family of cell surface glycoprotein and belongs to transmembrane 4 protein superfamily. KAI1 expression is down-regulated in many metastatic tumor cells. Down-regulation of KAI1 expression also plays an important role in the genesis and development of gynecological tumor. |
