| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经纤维支气管镜灌注纤维蛋白原、凝血酶治疗大咯血的临床价值。方法临床收治26例因大咯血而内科治疗无效的患者,经纤维支气管镜对准出血部位注入20g/L纤维蛋白原和凝血酶溶液,观察出血结果。结果 26例大咯血患者经上述治疗均立即止血,配合病因治疗并静脉应用止血药物观察均未再咯血,总有效率100%。结论经纤维支气管镜灌注纤维蛋白原、凝血酶治疗大咯血止血作用迅速,效果确切,副作用少,是治疗大咯血的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of fiberbronchoscopic treatment of massive hemoptysis by perfusing with human fibrinogen and thrombin.Methods 26 patients who suffered from massive hemoptysis were collected.20 g/L fibrinogen and thrombin was perfused to the position of bleeding through a fiberbronchoscope.Then,the results of hemoptysis were observed.Results All the patients stopped bleeding immediately after the treatments.No further bleeding was observed after treatment with these hemostatic medicine,with an effective rate of 100%.Conclusions Fiberbronchoscopic perfusing with human fbrinogen and thrombinis was effective and had few side effects in curing the patients with massive hemoptysis. |
