心理干预对军队离退休干部心身健康作用的对照研究

目的：探讨心理干预能否改善军队离退休干部的心身状况。方法：将178名军队离退休干部随机分为干预组（89人）和对照组（89人），对干预组进行心理干预，对照组则否。采用康耐尔健康问卷（Cornell Medical Index,CMI)在干预前后同时对二组被试进行调查。结果：干预组再次CMI调查全部18个项目均分明显低于干预组首次调查，R项均分有显差异（P＜0.05),其余18项均分有显差异（P＜0.01)；干预组再次CMI调查全部18个项目的均分明显低于对照组再次调查（P＜0.01)；对照组再次CMI调查全部18个项目均分高于对照组首次调查，M项与R项均分有显差异（P＜0.05),E项、F项、G项、H项、I项、N项、O项、P项均分有极显差异（P＜0.01)。结论：心理干预是改善军队离退休干部心身状况的有效方法。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Psychosomatic Well being of Veteran Cadres:A Controlled Study

Objective To assess whether psychological state of veteran cadres could be improved by psychological intervention.Methods 178 veteran cadres were randomly divided into intervened group(n=89) and control group(n=89). Two groups were investigated with CMI before and after intervention.Results CMI level scores of all 18 items in intervened group on a second investigation were significantly lower than those on the first investigation in this group.R item level scores were significantly different(P<0.05),scores of 17 items were significantly different(P<0.01) ;CMI level scores of all 18 items in intervened group on a second investigation were significantly lower than those on the second investigation of control group(P<0.01). But in control group,level scores of all 18 items on the second investigation were higher than those on the first investigation in this group,and M item and R item level scores were significantly different(P<0.05) ;E item,F item, G item, H item,I item,N item,O item,P item level scores were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention is an effective method to improve psychological state of veteran cadres.
