温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

目的温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将64例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规针灸治疗,观察组取穴与对照组相同,给予温针灸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分、IL-6、NO水平均降低,JOA下腰痛评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛和炎症反应。

Clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-four patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion with same acupoints of the control group.The therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and levels of IL-6 and NO of the two groups decreased,and JOA low back pain scores increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion for lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce pain and inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
