关节镜手术治疗儿童膝关节症状性盘状半月板损伤的效果

目的探讨关节镜手术治疗儿童膝关节症状性盘状半月板损伤的效果。方法选择我院2012年6月至2018年6月收治的32例有膝关节临床症状的盘状半月板损伤患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均行关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除成形术。术后评估患儿膝关节功能活动度及疼痛情况。结果所有患儿术后均获随访,随访时间6~36个月,平均(22.5±6.2)个月。术后6、12个月,患儿的Lysholm及VAS评分均优于术前,且术后12个月优于术后6个月(P<0.05)。患儿术后无感染、血肿及关节功能受限等手术并发症发生。结论关节镜手术治疗儿童症状性外侧盘状半月板损伤的创伤小、恢复快,可显著改善患儿膝关节功能,短期疗效确切。

Effect of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of symptomatic discoid meniscus injury of knee joint in children

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of symptomatic discoid meniscus injury of knee joint in children.Methods From June 2012 to June 2018,32 children with discoid meniscus injury with clinical symptoms of knee joint were selected as the study objects.All the children underwent arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial excision and plasty.Postoperative knee joint functional activity and pain of the children were evaluated.Results All children were followed up for 6-36 months,with an average of(22.5±6.2)months.At 6 and 12 months after surgery,the Lysholm and VAS scores of the children were better than those before surgery,and those at 12 months after surgery were better than 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).There were no postoperative complications such as infection,hematoma,and limited joint function occurred in children.Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery for children with symptomatic discoid meniscus injury has less trauma and quicker recovery,it can significantly improve the knee function of children,and has a definite short-term effect.
