纤维支气管镜联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

目的研究纤维支气管镜联合阿奇霉素对儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法将101例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为对照组(51例,单用阿奇霉素)和观察组(50例,纤维支气管镜联合阿奇霉素)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,胸片恢复正常时间、咳嗽恢复时间、C反应蛋白恢复时间及体温恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的FEV1/FVC和MVV高于对照组,血清IL-6、内毒素、TNF-α和LPO水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜联合阿奇霉素能有效降低难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的炎症因子水平,改善其肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of fiberbronchoscope combined with azithromycin on children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective To study the effect of fiberbronchoscope combined with azithromycin on children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 101 children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(51 cases, azithromycin only) and observation group(50 cases, fiberbronchoscope combined with azithromycin). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the chest radiograph recovery time, cough recovery time, C-reactive protein recovery time and body temperature recovery time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1/FVC and MVV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum IL-6, endotoxin, TNF-α and LPO were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Fiberbronchoscope combined with azithromycin can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the lung function of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
