精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的影响

目的探讨精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年5月至2019年6月我院产科收治的104例剖宫产产妇的临床资料,随机将产妇分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予精细化护理模式。比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果产后1 d,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理模式不仅能显著改善剖宫产产妇的焦虑和抑郁程度,降低产后疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,而且能提高产后康复效果和整体护理质量。

Effect of fined nursing model on the rehabilitation and obstetric nursing quality in cesarean section puerpera

Objective To investigate the effect of fined nursing model on the rehabilitation and obstetric nursing quality in cesarean section puerpera.Methods The clinical data of 104 cases of cesarean section puerpera admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,the puerpera were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing model,and the observation group was given fined nursing model.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results At postpartum 1 d,the score of VAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fined nursing model can not only significantly improve the anxiety and depression of cesarean delivery puerpera,reduce the degree of postpartum pain,and the incidence of complications,but also improve the effect of postpartum rehabilitation and the quality of overall nursing.
