| 摘 要： | 目的探究综合护理应用于重型颅脑损伤患者的效果。方法将重型颅脑损伤患者60例根据护理方法不同分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果试验组预后良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者接受综合护理干预能更好促进其日常生活能力、功能状态的恢复,控制并发症的发生,促进预后改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results The good prognosis rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can promote the recovery of their ability of daily life and functional state,control the occurrence of complications and improve the prognosis. |
