改良B-Lynch缝合联合米索前列腺醇治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者的临床效果

目的分析改良B-Lynch缝合联合米索前列腺醇治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的62例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予改良B-Lynch缝合手术治疗,观察组给予改良B-Lynch缝合联合米索前列腺醇治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的术后恶露持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后24 h出血量少于对照组,分娩后24 h的血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良B-Lynch缝合手术联合米索前列腺醇治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者能够有效止血,提高治疗效果。

Clinical effect of improved B-Lynch suture combined with misaprontol in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of improved B-Lynch suture combined with misaprontol in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods A total of 62 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with improved B-Lynch suture,and the observation group was treated with improved B-Lynch suture combined with misaprontol.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the duration of lochia after operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 24 hours after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the level of hemoglobin at 24 hours after delivery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved B-Lynch suture combined with misaprontol in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa can effectively stop bleeding,improve the therapeutic effect.
