加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术围术期的应用效果

目的探讨加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术围术期的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2019年5月收治的106例腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组给予加速康复外科围术期护理干预。比较两组术后相关指标、术后并发症发生情况及术后1个月生活质量。结果观察组的首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间、首次肠鸣音时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术后2 d VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的BP、PF、RP、MH、RE、SF、GH和VT评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术围术期的效果显著,明显缩短了患者术后首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间、首次肠鸣音时间和住院时间,可降低术后疼痛程度,减少并发症,明显提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广。

Application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection

Objective To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection.Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery perioperative nursing intervention.The postoperative related indicators,postoperative complications and the quality of life at 1 month after operation of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed for the first time,the time of defecation for the first time,the time of exhaust for the first time,the time of bowel sound for the first time and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS score at 2 days after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the scores of BP,PF,RP,MH,RE,SF,GH and VT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing applied to perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection has a significant effect,it can significantly shorten the first time of getting out of bed,the first time of defecation,the first time of exhaust,the first time of bowel sound and the time of hospitalization of patients,reduce the degree of postoperative pain and complications,and significantly improve the quality of life,which is worth promoting in clinic.
