戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合戈舍瑞林在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后的应用效果

目的探究戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合戈舍瑞林在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者86例,根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。患者均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组术后给予戈舍瑞林治疗,观察组在此基础上给予戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装治疗。比较两组疗效。结果两组患者的临床治疗总有效率均为90.70%,组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组患者的血清FSH、E2、LH水平均降低,且观察组FSH水平低于对照组,血清LH、E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者的骨密度高于对照组,血清BGP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为9.30%,低于对照组的27.91%(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合戈舍瑞林可有效改善腹腔镜术后子宫内膜异位症患者的性激素水平,有助于修复子宫内膜,恢复正常月经周期,避免骨质疏松,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Application effect of estradiol valerate tablets and estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with goserelin in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of estradiol valerate tablets and estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with goserelin in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with endometriosis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to different treatment methods.All patients received laparoscopic surgery,the control group was treated with goserellin after operation,and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and estradiol cyproterone tablets on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of treatment in the two groups were 90.70%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The thickness of endometrium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of menstruation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of FSH,E2 and LH in the two groups decreased,and the level of FSH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the levels of LH and E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the bone density in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum BGP level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.30%,which was lower than 27.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate tablets and estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with goserelin for patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the sex hormone levels,it helps to repair endometrium,restore normal menstrual cycle,avoid osteoporosis and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
