健康体检人群血脂水平检测及特点分析

目的探讨健康体检人群血脂水平及特点。方法将本院进行健康体检者5769例根据WHO标准分为青年组(n=1785)、中年组(n=2141)及老年组(n=1843)。检测三组的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,并比较血脂异常检出率。结果TG水平比较:中年组>老年组>青年组;TC、LDL-C水平比较:老年组>中年组>青年组;HDL-C水平比较:青年组>中年组>老年组(P<0.05)。青年组男性的TG、TC及LDL-C水平均高于女性,HDL-C水平低于女性;中年组男性的TG和LDL-C水平高于女性,TC、HDL-C水平低于女性;老年组男性的TC、HDL-C及LDL-C水平均低于女性(P<0.05)。青年组的血脂异常检出率低于中年组和老年组,且中年组低于老年组(P<0.05)。男性的血脂异常检出率高于女性(P<0.05)。结论老年健康体检者血脂异常率高于中、青年,且中年高于青年,男性高于女性,血脂水平与性别、年龄均显著相关。

Analysis of blood lipid level and its characteristics in the health physical examination population

Objective To explore the blood lipid level and its characteristics in the healthphysical examination population.Methods A total of 5769 cases of health physical examination in our hospital were divided into youth group(n=1785),middle-aged group(n=2141)and elderly group(n=1843)according to the WHO standard.The levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C among the three groups were measured,and the detection rate of dyslipidemia was compared.Results The TG level comparison:middle-aged group>elderly group>youth group;TC,LDL-C levels comparison:elderly group>middle-aged group>youth group;HDL-C level comparison:youth group>middle-aged group>elderly group(P<0.05).The TG,TC and LDL-C levels of males in the youth group were higher than those of females,and the HDL-C level was lower than that of females;the TG and LDL-C levels of males in the middle-aged group were higher than those of females,while the TC and HDL-C levels were lower than those of females;the TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels of males in the elderly group were lower than those of females(P<0.05).The incidence of dyslipidemia in the youth group was lower than that in the middle-aged group and the elderly group,and that in the middle-aged group was lower than the elderly group(P<0.05).The detection rate of dyslipidemia in male was higher than that in female(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood lipid in the elderly was higher than that in the middle-aged and youth,and that in the middle-aged was higher than the young,and the male was higher than the female.The level of blood lipid was significantly correlated with gender and age.
