盐酸右美托咪定预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后恶心呕吐的效果

目的研究盐酸右美托咪定预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果。方法根据随机计数表将90例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分为Y组(右美托咪定),Z组(地塞米松)和对照组(NaCl溶液),各30例。比较三组的PONV发生率、MAP及HR。结果术后6、12、24、48 h,Y组与Z组的恶心和呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。T2至T6时,Y组的HR显著低于Z组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定可显著降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术的PONV发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods According to the random counting table,90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into group Y(dexmedetomidine),group Z(dexamethasone)and control group(NaCl solution),with 30 cases in each group.The incidence of PONV,MAP and HR were compared among the three groups.Results The incidences of nausea and vomiting at 6,12,24,and 48 hours after operation in the group Y and Z were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).From T2 to T6,the HR in the group Y were significantly lower than that in the group Z and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce the incidence of PONV in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
