品管圈在急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓中的应用效果及对DNT达标率的影响

摘    要:目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年6月我院急诊抢救室收治的30例AIS静脉溶栓患者,设为对照组(采用常规流程治疗),将2019年7月至2019年12月收治的30例AIS静脉溶栓患者设为观察组(成立QCC小组,采用QCC优化流程救治)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组的入院至评估患者、入院至获得影像学检查、取药-溶栓、DNT用时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的溶栓有效率和DNT达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展QCC活动可提高AIS患者静脉溶栓DNT达标率,同时提升了医护人员应用QC手法解决临床实际问题的能力。

Application effect of quality control circle on intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke and its effect on DNT standard rate

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle(QCC) in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Methods A total of 30 AIS patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis from January 2019 to June 2019 were admitted in emergency room of our hospital and set as control group(routine treatment), while 30 patients with intravenous thrombolysis of AIS from July 2019 to December 2019 were set as observation group(QCC group was established, and QCC optimized treatment process). The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time from admission to assessment, from admission to imaging examination, from taking drugs to thrombolysis and DNT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). The effective rate of thrombolysis and DNT standard rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion QCC can improve the DNT standard rate of intravenous thrombolysis in AIS patients, and improve the ability of medical staff to use QC techniques to solve practical clinical problems.
