高通量血液透析对终末期肾病患者透析充分性及细胞免疫功能的影响

目的观察高通量血液透析(HFHD)对终末期肾病(ESRD)患者透析充分性及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选择本院2017年10月至2018年10月诊断为ESRD的患者96例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各48例。观察组采用HFHD治疗,对照组采用常规血液透析(HD)治疗。比较两组的透析充分性指标、治疗前、后细胞免疫功能指标。结果观察组的Kt/v、URR高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组细胞免疫功能各指标水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HFHD较HD能显著提高ESRD患者的透析充分性,改善细胞免疫功能,值得临床推广及应用。

Effect of high-flux hemodialysis on dialysis adequacy and cellular immune function in patients with end-stage renal disease

Objective To observe the effect of high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on dialysis adequacy and cellular immune function in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)Methods Ninety-six patients with ESRD diagnosed in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with HFHD,and the control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis(HD).The dialysis adequacy indexes and cell immune function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Kt/v and URR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cellular immune function in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with HD,HFHD can significantly improve the dialysis adequacy of ESRD patients and improve cellular immune function,which is wothy of promotion and application in clinic.
