黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的效果

目的分析黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的效果。方法将77例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(38例)和对照组(39例)。对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄葵胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的实验室指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清胱抑素C、内皮素、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的效果可靠,能明显改善血清胱抑素C、内皮素等血尿相关指标。

Effect of Huangkui capsule combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria

Objective To analyze the effect of Huangkui capsule combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria.Methods According to different treatment methods,77 diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria were divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(39 cases).The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with Huangkui capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum cystatin C,endothelin and 24 h urine protein quantity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangkui capsule combined with calcium dobesilate are effective in treating diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria,and can significantly improve serum cystatin C,endothelin and other hematuria-related indexes.
