自制一次性消毒湿巾对手术室物体表面的消毒效果及对操作依从性的影响

目的探讨自制一次性消毒湿巾对手术室物体表面的消毒效果及对操作依从性的影响。方法随机抽取我院手术室万级手术间分为A、B、C组,每组5个手术间。选取手术间内高频接触的12个物体表面作为研究对象。A组采用季铵盐消毒液浸泡的一次性无纺布纸巾消毒,B组采用含氯消毒剂浸泡的一次性无纺布纸巾消毒,C组采用含氯消毒剂浸泡的毛巾消毒。比较三组物体表面消毒效果、经济成本以及操作人员的消毒操作依从性。结果三组物体表面消毒后采样合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的经济成本略高于C组,B组的经济成本远低于A、C组;A、B组的操作依从率分别为91.4%、87.9%,高于C组的62.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三种消毒方式对手术室物体表面均具有良好的清洁效果,但自制消毒湿巾的操作依从性远高于消毒毛巾,自制含氯消毒剂湿巾的经济成本最低。

Disinfection effect of self-made disposable disinfectant wipes on the surface of objects in operating room and its influence on operation compliance

Objective To explore the disinfection effect of self-made disposable disinfectant wipes on the surface of objects in operating room and its influence on operation compliance.Methods The 10000 grade operating rooms in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into groups A,B and C,with 5 operating rooms in each group.Twelve surfaces of high frequency contact in the operating room were selected as the research objects.The group A was disinfected with disposable non-woven paper towel soaked in quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant,the group B with disposable non-woven paper towel soaked in chlorine containing disinfectant,and the group C with towel soaked in chlorine containing disinfectant.The disinfection effects of object surface,economic cost and disinfection operation compliance of operators among the three groups were cpmpared.Results There were no significant differences in the qualified rates of sampling among the three groups(P>0.05).The economic cost of the group A was slightly higher than that of the group C,while that of the group B was much lower than the groups A and C.The compliance rates of the groups A and B were 91.4%and 87.9%respectively,which were higher than 62.3%of the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The three disinfection methods have good cleaning effect on the surface of objects in operating room,but the self-made disinfectant wipes has much higher operation compliance than the disinfectant wipes,and the self-made chlorine containing disinfectant wipes has the lowest economic cost.
