培美曲塞及吉西他滨分别联合顺铂治疗初治晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果

目的比较培美曲塞及吉西他滨分别联合顺铂治疗初治晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院的186例初治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为培美曲塞联合顺铂组(培美曲塞组,n=93)和吉西他滨联合顺铂组(吉西他滨组,n=93)。分析两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者的总缓解率及生存情况比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。培美曲塞组的恶心呕吐、血红蛋白含量减少、血小板减少发生率均显著高于吉西他滨组,皮疹、粒细胞减少发生率均显著低于吉西他滨组(P<0.05)。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂与吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗初治晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果相当。

Clinical effect of pemetrexed or gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To compare the clinical effect of pemetrexed or gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 186 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into pemetrexed combined with cisplatin group(pemetrexed group,n=93)and gemcitabine combined with cisplatin group(gemcitabine group,n=93).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in total remission rates and survival condition between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting,hemoglobin content reduction,thrombocytopenia of the pemetrexed group were significantly higher than those in the gemcitabine group,while the incidences of rash and granulocytopenia were significantly lower than those in the gemcitabine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed and gemcitabine combined with cisplatin are both effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
