临床护理路径在支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎患者护理中的应用效果

目的探究临床护理路径在支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月在我院接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗的重症肺炎患者129例,根据数字单双号法将其分为对照组(65例)和观察组(64例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施临床护理路径干预。比较两组临床症状改善时间、肺功能指标、疾病知识知晓率、治疗依从性和满意度。结果观察组患者的咳嗽、憋喘、肺啰音改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患者的FVC、FEV1、MVV均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疾病知识知晓率、治疗依从性和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎患者的护理过程中效果明显,值得推广。

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the nursing of patients withsevere pneumonia treated by bronchoalveolar lavage

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the nursing of patients with severe pneumonia treated by bronchoalveolar lavage.Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,129 patients with severe pneumonia who received bronchoalveolar lavage in our hospital were divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(64 cases)according to the digital single and double sign method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway intervention on this basis.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function indexes,disease knowledge awareness rates,treatment compliances and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of cough,suffocation and rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,FVC,FEV1 and MVV of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disease knowledge awareness rate,treatment compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in the nursing process of patients with severe pneumonia treated by bronchoalveolar lavage has obvious effect,which is worth popularizing.
