| 应用头孢氨噻肟改进抗感染方案治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎疗效分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 应用头孢氨噻肟改进抗感染方案治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎８２例，并与常规治疗组７８例进行疗效对比分析。结果表明：改进治疗组体温、脑膜刺激征、脑脊液和血白细胞恢复正常时间明显短于常规治疗组，两组有非常显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。改进治疗组治愈率７５．６％，比常规治疗组５７．７％有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），后遗症发生率和病死率分别下降１２．６％和５．３％。 |

| Abstract: | he therapeutic evaluation was conducted in 82 children with purulent meningitis cured by im-proved cefmenoxime method and 78 cases of routine treatment.The result showed that the recoverytime of temperature,meningeal irritative symptom,cerebrospinal fluid and white blood cells in im-proved treatment group was shorter than in routine treatment group.There was significant differencebetween the two groups as 75.6%of cure rate in improved treatment grop while 57.7%of that in rou-tine group.The incidence of sequel and fatality rates in improved treatment group reduced 12.6%and5.3%respectively. |
