| 摘 要： | 本文采用右心漂浮导管,根据Engelberg法测定了61例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期病人的肺血管顺应性(Cpa),分析了它与临床病情及肺循环血液动力学其它指标间的关系。结果表明,COPD病人Cpa随临床病情进展而下降;Cpa与右室平均压、肺动脉平均压、肺血管阻力及肺总阻力呈显著负相关,与心搏量及心搏指数呈显著正相关,与心输出量、心指数及右室心搏功指数无显著相关。此外,本文尚以Engelberg法为参照,比较了另外两种较为简单的方法。结果表明,工氏法测定Cpa优于Reuben法。 |

| Abstract: | Pulmonary vascular compliance (Cpa) was measured in 61 COPD patients according to Engelberg's method.The results showed that (1) Cpa decreased as the disease was progressing clinically;(2) Cpa had negative correlations with RVPm,PAPm,PVR and TPR,but positive correlations with SV and SVI;however,it had no correlation whatever with CO,CI or RVSWI.In addition by using Engelberg's method as the standard,we compared two simpler methods.The results showed that Wang's method was better than Reuben's for measuring Cpa |
