| 摘 要： | 通过中国知网、万方和PubMed、Web of Knowledge数据库进行文献查阅，对ICU患者家属护理满意度的概念、测评工具进行总结，阐明了家属护理满意度的影响因素并提出了干预措施，为临床护理工作者提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed concept and measure tools of family satisfaction in the intensive care unit through searching databases of CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed and Web of Knowledge to provide bases for clinical nurses. It mainly presented the inlfuencing factors of family satisfaction and the intervention measures to improve family satisfaction. |
