不同等级医院护士生存质量现状调查

目的：了解护士生存质量现状，比较不同等级医院护士生存质量的差异。方法：采用方便抽样的方法抽取哈尔滨市6所医院的临床护士336名，采用个人基本情况调查表及世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表简表收集资料。结果：护士生存质量在生理、心理、环境3个领域及总生存质量得分均低于全国常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。不同等级医院护士在心理、社会关系、环境3个领域及总生存质量之间的差异性有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：不同等级医院护士的生存质量不同，提示护理管理者对护士应有针对性地进行管理，以缓解护士的压力水平，改善和提高护士的生存质量。

A study on the quality of life among nurses in hospitals of different grades

Objective：To investigate the current status of quality of life and compare the quality of life among nurses in hospitals of different grades. Methods：Three hundred and thirty-six nurses from 6 hospitals in Mudanjiang were sampled by convenience. WHOQOL-BREF was used for data collection. Results：The scores for physiological, psychological, environment domains and overall quality of life among nurses in Mu Danjiang were lower than the scores of national norm （P〈0.01）. There was a signiifcant difference among nurses in different grades in the scores for psychological, social, environment aspects and overall quality of life （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hospital＆#39;s grades are one of affecting factors of nurses＆#39;quality of life. Administrators should give target-oriented management to nurses to alleviate nurse＆#39;s stress level and improve their quality of life.
