摘    要:目的通过对雄性新西兰兔血清中生殖内分泌激素、阴茎组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达,探讨局部振动对雄性兔性功能的影响。方法将新西兰兔30只随机分为观察组(A、B、C组各8只)和对照组(6只),观察组给予不同强度的振动,对照组不接触振动。分别在接振前和接振第10、20、30天采用ELISA法检测各组血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)的浓度。接振第30天采用荧光定量PCR法检测阴茎组织中VEGFmRNA表达。结果与接振前和对照组比较,C组在接振第30天血清T显著降低(P〈0.05)。与对照组比较,A、B、C3组接振30d后阴茎组织中VEGFmRNA表达显著增强,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论局部振动可引起血清T、LH、E2浓度和阴茎组织中VEGFmRNA的表达改变,从而影响性功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of local vibration on the sexual function of male rabbit by detecing the expression of reproductive endocrine hormone and VEGF mRNA of penis in male New-Zealand rabbits.Methods Thirty male adult rabbits were assigned randomly to group A(8 cases),group B(8 cases),group C(8 cases)and control group(6 cases).Rabbits in group A,group B and group C were treated with various strength of vibration respectively.Rabbits in the control group were not treated by the vibration.The concentrations of teslen(T)luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in plasma were measured by ELISA before treatment and on the 10th,20th,30th day after vibrating.The expression of VEGF mRNA were measured by RT-PCR on the 30th day after vibrating.Results The concentration of T of group C on the 30th day after vibrating was lower than that before vibrating or the control group(P〈0.05).The expressions of VEGF mRNA of the group A,group B and group C were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusions Vibration may result in change of concentrations of T,LH and E2 in rabbits plasma,and increase the expression of VEGF mRNA.
