超声乳化术对几种白内障角膜内皮影响的研究

目的评价单纯老年性白内障组,高度近视白内障组,2型糖尿病白内障组,超声乳化术对角膜内皮的影响。方法分组:A组:单纯老年白内障组;B组:高度近视白内障组;C组:2型糖尿病白内障组,由同一熟练眼科医师行白内障超声乳化术。用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜,对三组患者分别于术前、术后7天、1个月、3个月、6个月拍摄中央角膜内皮细胞图像并行计算机图像处理及自动分析。结果B组、C组在白内障手术中角膜内皮细胞比A组更易受到损伤(P<0.01)。结论高度近视白内障组和2型糖尿病白内障组患者角膜内皮对超声乳化白内障吸除术产生的损伤敏感,所以手术操作时应格外谨慎。

The Influence of Phacoemulsification on Different CornealEndothelium

Objective To study the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium of senile cataract,high myopia and diabetes mellitus.Methods The first group was senile cataract,second is high myopia,third is diabetes mellitus.Endothelium cell were observed with a non-contact endothelium scope at pre and seven days,one month,three months and six months post-operation.Results After operation,there were obvious differences in cell density,rate of corneal endothelium(P<0.01).Conclusions endothelial cells of high myopia,diabetes mellitus are easier to be damaged than that of senile cataract in the phacoemulsification,so safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.
