急性脑血管病296例心电图分析

目的探讨急性脑血管病的心电图异常表现和特征及其与临床的关系。方法对296例急性脑血管病患者的心电图资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果296例脑血管病患者中心电图异常改变者235例，约占79．4％。结论脑血管病心电图异常与疾病的严重程度密切相关。脑出血性疾病比脑缺血性疾病对心脏的影响大，心电图异常可随脑血管病情的减轻而好转或消失，并对脑血管病情的预后有一定的意义。

Cardiograph analysis of 296 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate the abnormities and characteristics of acute cerebrovascular disease in cardiograph and its relationship with clinic. Methods To respectively analyze the cardiograph of 296 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease. Results In these 296 cases, there were 235 abnormities in their cardiograph, which took up 79.4%. Concluslon The cardiograph of cerebrovascular disease is strongly related with its level. Hemorrhagic disease affects our heart stronger than ischemic cranial - face vascular disease, the abnonnity of cardiograph could be better off or disappeared according to condition of cerebrovascular disease, and also owns relative significance in the prognosis of cerebrovascular disease.
