早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能的影响

目的探讨早期康复护理对脑梗死后患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将106例脑梗死患者随机分组，分为浅试验组53例和对照组53例。两组患者均接受内科常规药物治疗和护理。试验组加用康复护理，肢体运动功能采用简式Fugl—Meyer（FmA）积分评定，分别于治疗前和治疗后一个月评定。结果治疗后，两组FmA评分均较治疗前有一定程度的改善，而且治疗组改善程度均优于对照组（上肢P〈0．05，下肢P〈0．01）。结论早期康复护理可提高脑梗死患者的肢体运动功能。

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on extremity function of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of motor function after cerebral infarction studied. Methods 106 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly grouped into 53 cases of superficial experimental group and control group 53 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional medical therapy and care. The experimental group was added rehabilitation care, limb motor function using simple style Fugl - Meyer （FmA） assessment points, respectively, before and after treatment in the treatment of one - month assessment. Results After treatment, the two groups before treatment FmA score than those in a certain degree of improvement.
