剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理

目的探讨剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术的术前术后护理。方法结合笔者所在医院206例剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术患者，对其护理进行全方位的研究。结果术后均于7d患者伤口拆线痊愈出院。无产褥感染、下肢深静脉血栓形成，术后住院5～12d，平均5．8d。本组病例于术后随访，均恢复良好。结论剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术的术后护理非常重要，虽然原则上同单纯子宫肌瘤剔除术或剖宫产术的术后护理相似，但是既要考虑到剖宫产方面，又要兼顾到切除子宫肌瘤方面。对于患者复杂的心理来说，护理工作需要术前全面照顾，术后细心关爱。全面细致的护理，有利于手术的顺利进行及术后康复。

Nursing of cesarean section and hysteromyoma ectormy

Objective This paper concentrates on preoperative and postoperative care on cesarean section and myomectomy. Methods On the basis of 206 cases of cesarean section and myomectomy, this paper makes a full range of research on the care. Results Patients are discharged when wound suture is removed seven days after the operation without puerperal infection and deep venous thrombosis. The postoperative hospital stay for each patient lasts for 5 - 12 days and the av- erage is 5.8 days. Postoperative follow - up finds that patients in this group recover well. Conclusion Therefore, this paper concludes that the postoperative care plays an important role on cesarean section and myomectomy. Though postoperative care on cesarean section and myomectomy has much similarity with the care on cesarean section or that on myomectomy, it has to take into account the aspects of cesarean section and myomectomy. For patients, comprehensive preoperative care and the meticulous care after the operation are essential to the smooth progress of surgery and subsequent recovery.
