胆囊息肉样病变的CT仿真胆囊内镜成像与超声的对比研究

目的评价cT仿真胆囊内镜（CTVEGB）对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断价值，提高识别癌前病变或早期胆囊癌的能力。方法对63例超声诊断为胆囊息肉样病变的患者进行口服对比剂胆囊CT检查和CT仿真内镜成像处理，选择其中经手术病理证实的34例进行CT仿真内镜成像与超声图像的对比研究。结果CTVEGB和超声对胆囊息肉样病灶的检出符合率分别为91．25％、93．40％，两者差异无统计学意义；恶性或恶性倾向的诊断准确率分别为77．80％、42．90％，两者差异有统计学意义。结论CTVEGB对胆囊息肉样病变的显示和恶性或恶性倾向的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。

Comparative study of CT simulation gallbladder endoscopy and ultrasound of polypoid lesions of gallbladder

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of CT virtual Gallbladder endoscopy （CTVEGB） to the polypoid lesions of gallbladder and improve identification of early precancerous lesions or the ability of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods 63 eases of polypoid lesions of patients check the oral CT contrast agent examination of gallbladder and CT virtual endoscopy image processing. Results The coincidence rate of detection of CTVEGB and ultrasonic detection of gallbladder polypoid lesions respectively is 91.25 % ,93.40%, no significant difference between the two;malignant or malignant tendencies of the diagnostic accuracy rate respectively is 77.80% ,42.90%, The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion CTVEGB have a high clinical value to show gallbladder polypoid malignant or malignant tendency.
