| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰炎合剂对脓毒症患者的治疗作用.方法 84例患者随机分成两组,对照组利用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用西医常规治疗加胰炎合剂;观察患者血浆IL-6、TNF-α、CRP临床化验指标变化.结果 治疗组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP临床化验指标好转（P＜0.05）,14 d存活率升高（P＜0.05）.结论 胰炎合剂对脓毒症患者有治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Yiyanheji on patients with sepsis. Methods We coducted a prosectire case control study of 84 patients with sepsis, control group was treated with normal western medicine alone, treatment group was treated with Yiyanheji he western medicine. The blood of IL -6, TNF - α, CRP were monitored. Results The level of IL -6 ,TNF -α,CRP were significantly decreased in treatment group compared to control （P 〈 0.05 ）, their 14 d survival rate was with statistical difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiyanheji combined with normal western medicine can improve patients with sepsis |
