| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾性总结我科5年来治疗小儿手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩的临床体会.方法:对48例(53只手)患儿全部采用瘢痕松解或切除术,应用"Z"字成形或邻位皮瓣转移术,中厚皮瓣移植术包括虎口和指蹼成形术.结果:大部分患儿一次手术治疗成功,少数病例因就诊时间晚,需经二次手术.结论:本文对小儿烧伤后瘢痕挛缩原因、烧伤早期治疗存在的问题、瘢痕挛缩手术时间的选择、手术中注意事项、术后要求等方面进行了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | Objective： To retrospectively summarize clinical experience of treating scar contracture caused by pediatric hand burn in 5 years. Method： all of 48 cases （53 hands） were treated using scar release or removal, with ＂ z＂ shape, O -flap transfer and intermediate thickness split grafting including tiger mouth and web angioplasty. Result： The results of once operation was satisfactory for most of patients, while twice operations were required for a few of patients due to delay of treatment. Conclusion ： A few issues including the causes of scar contracture post pediatric hand burn, possible problems encountered in the early treatment of burn, time choice of scar contracture surgery, intraoperative attention and requirement post operation etc. were discussed. |
