阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的临床价值

目的探讨阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值。方法对2005年10月-2007年10月240例宫颈病患者的阴道镜检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果经阴道镜检查240例宫颈病变中,全部行病理学检查,病理检查确认为轻中度不典型增生（CINⅠ-Ⅱ）72例,原位癌10例,宫颈浸润癌20例,慢性宫颈炎138例。结论阴道镜检查对宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Clinical Value of Colposcopy in Diagnosis of Cervical Lesions

Objective To investigate the clinical value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods The colposcopy results of 240 cases with cervical lesions from October 2005 to October 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 240 cases of cervical lesions diagnosed by colposcopy were all performed pathological examination. The results of pathological examination showed that there were 72 cases of mild to moderate dysplasia（ CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ ）, 10 cases of carcinoma in situ ,20 cases of infiltrative cervical cancer and 138 cases of chronic cervicitis. Conclusions The colposcopy is valuable in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical precancerosis.
