| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极汽化切割术(TUPKVP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的有效性与安全性。方法采用TUPKVP治疗BPH 105例,术后随访1～23个月。结果术中出血少,无经尿道电切综合征(TURS)发生,全组病例手术均成功,无永久性尿失禁,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)和最大尿流率(Qmax)均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论TUPKVP治疗BPH是有效而安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of transureral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate(TUPKVP) for samptomatic benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Methods: One hurdred and five BPH patients were treated by TUPKVP. Results: There were less blood lost during the operation, no transurethral resection syndrom occurred. The operation of all the cases were successful, the IPSS, QOL and Qmax were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusions: To treat BPH by TUPKVP is effective and safe. |
