内镜下微创融合治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的探讨内镜下膨胀式椎间融合器（B-Twin）椎间融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的可行性及疗效。方法采用后路椎管镜（MED）治疗腰椎滑脱症16例（I°滑脱10例,Ⅱ°滑脱6例）,均行B-Twin椎间融合。结果本组均在MED下完成,全部随访（时间3～24个月,平均14个月）。据Macnab评分,优9例,良6例,可1例,差0例,优良率93.75%,无一例发生内植物松动,脱落,椎间融合率100%。结论椎管镜下应用B-TWIN治疗腰椎滑脱症具创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快等优点,临床疗效满意,但B-Twin仅能进行原位融合。

Treatment of Lumbar Spondyolisthesis by B - Twin with UED

Objective To study the feasibility and outcomes of B-Twin intervertebral fusion with MED on lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods A total of 16 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with MED.All the 16 patients underwent discectomy and intervertebral fusion with B-Twin.Results Totally 16 patients were followed up for 3 months to 24 months（average 14 months）.Clinical outcomes were evaluated with Macnab criteria,9 were assessed as excellent,6 as good,1 as fair,0 as bad,the proportion of excellent and good is 93.75%.It didn＇t occur in any one case that implant becomed loosened and falling off,and the intervertebral fusion rate is 100%.Conclusion B-Twin with MED for lumbar spondylolisthesis can be performed effectively in clinic with many advantages such as small wound,little bleeding,and good rehabilitation,but it can only fusion in situ.
