| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗临界高血压112例临床效果分析。方法将112例临界高血压者均分两组治疗，治疗组除用尼群地平治疗外，还进行降低体重的指导，对有心理障碍的患者进行心理治疗；对照组仅用安慰剂、镇静剂治疗。结果经过1年治疗，治疗组血压从（20．0±1．3）／（12．0±0．6）kPa降至（16．0±1．9）／（10．7±0．6）kPa。而对照组无变化，治疗前后仍为（1．97±1．1）／（12．0±5．2）kPa。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组有3例，对照组有7例发展为稳定性高血压，两组比较，有显著差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze treatment of 112 cases of hypertension. Methods Totally 112 cases were divided into 2 groups,Treatment group based on the drug therapy of niqundipine,weregiven guidance of losing weight and psycho therapy. Control group were only given solace and sedative. Results After 1 year treatment, Blood presure of treatment group deereased from （20. 0 ± 1.3 ）/（ 12.0± 5.2） kPa to （ 16. 0 ± 1.9）/（ 10.7±0.6） kPa. While there＇s no change in the control group,there＇s obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Treatment group 3 cases and control group 7 cases developed stable hypertension. |
