六味地黄丸的血清药物化学研究

摘    要:目的对六味地黄丸的血清药物化学进行研究。方法建立六味地黄丸的大鼠血清的HPLC指纹色谱分析方法;分析六味地黄丸给药后及未给药所得血清样品与其体外六味地黄丸和单味生药的成分比较,鉴定灌胃六味地黄丸后大鼠血中移行成分、来源生药及其代谢产物。结果从灌胃六味地黄丸的大鼠血中发现了10个入血成分,其中2个为新产生的代谢产物;8个成分为六味地黄丸所合成分的原型。结论中药血清药物化学的诞生,有力推动了中医药现代化的前进步伐,我们应积极吸取各学科的研究成果,不断完善自身的理论体系。

Abstract:Objective Liuwei Dihuang pill serum medicinal chemistry research. Methods Liuwei Dihuang pill and fed serum Yinqiaosan of the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint analysis method ; analysis of Liuwei Dihuang pill administration after administration, and is not derived from serum samples in vitro with Liuwei Dihuang pill and single taste raw drug ingredients compari- son, identification of irrigation Liuwei Dihuang pill stomach of rats after blood transitional elements, the source crude drug and its metabolites. Results from the gavage Liuwei Dihuang Pills were found in rat blood 10 into the blood components, including two new metabolites produced; eight ingredients of Liuwei Dihuang pill ingredients contained in the prototype. Conclusion Serum medicinal chemistry medicine birth of a strong impetus to the pace of modernization of Chinese medicine, we should actively learn from the various disciplines of research, and constantly improve their own theoretical system.
